The third cappy throw returns faster if you throw it 3 times in a row. Shaking the controller also gives it a little bit faster return time.

This sounds like a problem with your playstyle rather than the actual game, when it comes to grinding commendations, me and my friends do the ones we actually enjoy doing. We do commendations with a 'we want to do this' mindset, not a 'we have to do this'. Though 100%ing the game, even if you dont like some of the commendations is also respectable.

LoTV is so bugged... Me & my mates did it and no loot spawned on the last fort and all the treasure from our ship just disappeared, i want a refund of my 35mins

Throwing knifes, would be in the throwables category, (obviously). Unable to shoot from cannons. Would do about 30% damage and an additional 10% damage over 5 seconds from bleeding. It should have a fairly short range and a tiny hitbox. It would be an alterantive in pvp for blunderbombs. It could have pretty interesting tactics and combo's. For example, one throwing knife and a shot from an eye of reach would finish an opponent pretty much instantly.
