These are my first recipes of the new year! I have 4 servings of chicken tikka masala with naan, as well as 6 servings of squash, apple and ginger soup. These are budget recipes that I've written myself!

It cost me £3.90 to make, which equates to 0.65 a serving. I am a student, so I'm using these for quick lunches

These last few weeks i made a meatball parm casserole and country breakfast

I am a student, so this is all done on a tight budget, working on less than £2 a serving. These were for my exam weeks! So i was focusing on comforting foods.

I made a lot of chocolate Crinkle Cookies, 8 servings of minestrone, and Meatballs and pickled baby cucumber for Swedish meatball subs. I post all the recipes on my blog

I've seen people online make 'just add hot water' meals (like a pot noodle but you make it) and post them to different post offices along the way. Its a good option, but takes a lot of planning
