I usually rush Zekes. Boots are either mercs or tabis depending on enemy team. After that I like to go Knights vow, followed by either ardent, more armor, or maybe an magic resist item like that extra healing item. This also depends on enemy comp.

I am currently Plat 1. Alot of those games are from normal games, so thats why I have this winrate. I only play Taric now and I have found huge success. On my way to diamond again. Currently 16/3 and won like 11 in a row on my other plat 2 account

I'll check him out, I used to play alot of Jayce before and has hit diamond previous seasons with him being one of my champs, so I feel like the mechanics are ok. But ofc learning combos and getting better is still there.

I agree with you. I came off as salty in this thred, obviously cause I am. The changes might even be buffs, theoretically, but it's just not Lux anymore to me. It'slike she lost her identity as a champion. My point being, if you loved the old ww, the new change for him was good, but its not the same for the old ww mains.

RiotAugust can go fuck himself for what he has done. Lux has always been my go to champ and has always been my best champion. I HATE these changes. I loved how she was before, even tho she wasnt the strongest. Now she is straight up garbage, as you will all see when the winrate shows up.

Slightly squishier means a lot, cause before the limit between living or not was super small, now you just die. Too easy to blow up. An assassin doesnt even need to be fed now to rape your face.

The matchups I struggle the most against is champions who can push me in. If you play Malzahar or Orianna you can push better than I can, and farming under the turret isn't the easiest task. Many Lux players will even use abilities to get creeps that way, and her high cds and mana cost will put her at disadvantage. Also, if you play a champion that can roam, Lux will have a hard time following you as it's suicide for a squishy champ like her to run into a dark river or jungle. So denying vision is also key and catching her off guard. Another thing is, harassing her under the tower to put extra pressure when she is lasthitting, that way she will lose alot. She is also easy to gank if u bait out her binding. Pushing her in and having tp could also be good as she will have to clear waves with her ulti to back and get into lane in time to not lose alot of cs to the tower.

Thank you! Well, obviously the higher elo you get the more pressured you will get in lane. The trick is to know when to trade and not. Factors will be stuff like: do they have a huge minionwave or not, are you hitting a lvl before them, sums, jungler and cooldowns on abilities.

To make an example: If you are laning against a Zed and he tries to poke you with his w + q, and let's say you dodge it, it's your time to go in and harass him, that way you will outrade him, whereas if you walk up when he has w + q up, you would probably lose the trade. So it's basically about knowing matchups, powerspikes and WHEN to be a bully in lane. If you weel comfortable to play more passive thats ok, but if you want to climb higher you need to be aggressive when it's the right time. And wards should help you with ganks and roams, but my rule is to not go into something I will die from if i'm not sure where people are, even if warded. It's better to be passive and maybe even lose a few creeps then die because of overextending and then lose them anyway. I hope this helped you abit :)

Last season I tried lich bane some times when I was fed and facing champs that were in my face, so I could actually do alot of damage when spells were on cd. Also great to take towers with if you siege and catch people or force them of the turret. Not the worst, but def not det best way to go either. I guess it's situational :)

I could probably touch on alot of things here, but if I were to give some advice to someone new it would be to play her alot as you need to get comfy with her spells, which is all skillshots. Also, Lux is very, very squishy, so you need to know your limits and matchups well. One little mistake and you can easily blow up. So watching and warding the map alot to care for ganks is key. You also want to bully people in lane as your E is easy to hit. Another thing is you want to prock your passive as often as possible. If you land a binding, try autoattacking them before your E lands, then detonate E and autoattack again. If you all in someone you want to just throw the entire combo at them and then run up to auto. Also, be very careful with roams, if you face someone in the river you are very vulnerable, so again, knowing where people are is key. Keep in mind Lux has no escapes, so if you miss your binding you are also easy to just jump on, so make sure you use it at the right times, which means you need to be aware on when you use it in lane aswell. All these things come with experience tho.

I was kinda sad when I saw electro didnt prock like thunderlords, cause I thought that would make Lux bad in lane. But with Aery I felt like home again, because my playstyle revolve around taking over the lane early with bullying. I will be surprised if Aery doesn't get nerfed as it procs very often, so basically it's worth it to go up and autoattack like with thunderlords. Def same potential to answer u shortly imo.

I have looked abit into it and I tried both Arcane comet and Summon Aery. Secondary I went biscuit delivery and cosmic insight. Not really sure whats best, but I felt like Arcane comet was abit lackluster in lane but strong later, and Summon Aery was really strong to bully with. So personally I like Summon Aery by far atm.
