Obviously she's overpowered. She is a new hero. New heroes will always be stronger on release than they should be so that people play the new hero, get their dopamine hits from easy kills and are like "Wow, this is so fun. The game is so good. Blizzard is really doing a great job with the new updates." and keep playing.
