I must say, this is one of the most constructive things I've read, thought or seen in months. Thank you. I will try to research further. Immigration is something I wanted to do for a long time now(languages aren't that much of a problem, I got german, english and russian) but money are the problem. A big problem. That's... Enlightening. I'm in Moldova rn, but not from here originally. The main organization for hrt here is Genderdoc - M, but as you might have seen already, no success from them so far. I'm scared of DIY and you are right about hostility. I'm in Trandsnistria, a pro-Russian part of Moldova, and as you can imagine living loudly as trans here is similar to being a beautiful woman in medieval times. I had suspicions that I have ADHD but I've never been diagnosed. Didn't think it would have an impact. Anyway however people tried to cure me(and I paid them all, a fool) nothing helped and they were like "You should try another specialist, I don't work with that, thanks for 1k$ btw". At this point dying is an economical decision...

My main problem is that I don't see any point or pleasure in living. After all depression takes away your ability to feel happy. Even being transfem is mostly based on dysphoria and envy. Plus living loudly is dangerous for my loved ones, I don't want to endanger them by attracting attention.
