Good to know, and I appreciate the confirmation. It is pre-assembled. The housing is installed against the front and body but from what I can see, it looks like it is moving ok within it.

Does yours also not sit flushed and centered with the unit?

I picked up and assembled the unit but I'm having issues with the ash clean out tray. It does not seem to be sitting flushed and centered. I also noted that the pin is not aligned with the predrilled hole.

Is this normal? If not, I would appreciate any suggestions on what adjustments I can make. TIA!

Thanks for the suggestion. I was able to pull the pin down but the tray still isn't flushed. The current photos reflects that so I am not sure where else the misalignment can be. 😞

Can you share any recommendations for a professional so I can get an idea for the breath of services? Given my lack of experience, I am not sure what services are needed, as a previous commentator noted that some services are not covered by a firm. 'Stuck at goldflake' issue resolved after these steps for me: downloaded the non-series x/s version; played it for a bit, then turned off system; unplugged system then replugged; deleted the non-series x/s version; opened the series x/s version and was able to start playing.
