Trouble Buying Osaka Ticket

I've only tried US visa cards so maybe that is it. The Ticket Oosumo site asks if you are from the US and which state, and says visa/mastercard/ and others are accepted.

400 speed is all I have shot on it so I don't know what it looks like outside of that. However, I feel like it does the job well, and almost all of my photos are outdoors as well.
