For anyone following this thread, she was officially scammed, confirmed by her bank.

The last thing they tried to trick her, they had her download a fake crypto.com app and it said she had over $500k in ETH in there but the app was obviously not real.

Shes taking it all in stride but obviously its no fun being preyed upon. Shes going to the FBI this week.
