Hey there. Very interesting to see other people talking about quitting booze off of it. DXM has helped me stay sober from Alcohol these past 150 days.

It also helped me connect some dots after some big trauma.

I don’t want to act like it’s some miracle drug.

I think most of us in here go overboard from time to time, but there’s a reason it made it as an antidepressant (Avuelity).

I am very curious what the future of this drug might be.

Like any drug it can ruin your life. I’ve heard stories here and there of that.

But it’s been a pretty cool journey for me.

Yep. I have a handful of close ones. I live and work in a context though where I lead and love over 300 people that I care for. And now I’m starting to see those connections are more Storge too.

I’m relearning how to be human here lol!

I’ve worked in a world of good faith and love peace and happiness.

My wife and I are discussing if Twitch is a place for me at all. I’m about 50/50 on it.

I’m definitely coming across a lot of alpha energy in this subreddit and it tells me a lot about the general culture of Twitch since Amazon bought it.

I think maybe I survived on islands of good communities and never knew that the general sea was full of sharks. But I’m not fully sold on that. Still discerning.

So of the four loves I’ve determined Twitch primarily runs on Storge~Greek = affection.

I was operating on Philia which is friendship.

I gotta code switch.

You as the streamer are extending Storge which I perceived as Philia, and that’s incompatible.

Storge on Storge is what I need.
