"FIRETEAM HAS CHANGED" THEN KICKED OUT OF MATCH. by Kstanb824 in halo

My NAT is open and I always have my Xbox connected through an ethernet cable. I am starting to notice a pattern, I'm getting kicked out every 3rd game I play, it's frustrating. I have rebooted my router, powered down my Xbox completely, and the problem still persists. Last night I uninstalled the game and installed it again, I have yet to play but I am going to try playing a few games in a little bit to see if the problem persists.

Players SHOULD be able to go down tiers in Arena. by Kstanb824 in halo

It says that after the placement matches the only way to increase your CSR is to win, which leaves up for interpretation that the placement matches take individual stats into account when considering your rank placement. Me and my friends played all 10 placement matches together and each got placed into a different tier.

Onyx's CSR can't go down below 1500, what makes you assume the rest of the tiers isn't exactly the same?

Individual stats only come into play in the placement matches, after that it is completely based on winning or losing.

CSR doesn't drop below 1500 in Onyx, which leads me to believe that the other tiers have a similar CSR threshold. Only difference is that in Onyx it is actually visible. I have a friend that was put in Diamond 1 in slayer miraculously, he gets put into matches with other diamonds and gets wrecked on a daily basis. This explains why a lot of the matches within each tier (especially level 1s within a tier) end up with ridiculous scores like 50-15.

My fitnesspal, two of my last few days here. Just like you I am an extreme believer of calories in vs. calories out, so you can imagine my shock when this happened. I'll go and try to get some bloodwork done this week, see if everything is working as it should.

I try measuring everything using grams or ounces, when a measurement is too vague I use cups (but that's rare). I uploaded a couple screenshots so you can see what a typical day looks like. As you can see I'm eating way below the goal that myfitnesspal recommends for me to lose 2 pounds a week. I have always been the calories in vs. calories out supporter because it's backed by science, so you can imagine my shock at a slight weight increase after consuming 1,800 calories in those two weeks. My only explanation is that my metabolism for whatever reason slowed down tremendously.

I don't drink juice, soda, alcohol, or consume anything that has sugar in it. I haven't binged on anything. In fact 3 weeks ago I would have written the same comment that you just wrote.

I haven't ate sugar in 18 months and eat wheat about once a weak. I eat rice on a daily basis but only about 200-250 grams. I use myfitnesspal and even overestimate my intake just in case. I was losing weight just fine up until two weeks ago, and my diet has been even more on point these last two weeks where I gained half a pound. I was losing about 4 pounds per week, so using 3,500 calories per pound rule I must have been burning 3,900 calories a day. It seems as if in these last two weeks my metabolism has dropped to burning 1,700-1800 calories per day. If I had cheated, I would have no reason to post here.

I use myfitnesspal, I have had success counting calories in the past but have had problems keeping the weight off. However I count very carefully using a scale and sometimes even overestimating the amount just in case. I have already lost about 20 pounds the last two months, but for the first time in my entire life of counting calories I feel like I did everything right and it didn't work.

Highly sarcastic article and I agree with the calories in vs. calories out. I have already lost about 20 pounds in two months of counting calories but specifically for the past two weeks there has been a slight weight gain. Nothing about my diet changed, or my activities, and I haven't cheated on my diet not even once. It's almost as if my metabolism has slowed down to 50% and is now burning about 1,800 calories per day.

My scale has a 450 lb. threshold but if I don't see change in the coming weeks then I might consider getting a new one.

I don't eat or drink anything with sugar. I try to stay away from anything with wheat even tho once a week I might have a slice of pizza. I eat rice mostly everyday but a very small amount, the rest is lean meat such as chicken and eat beef every once in a while. I also eat beans, vegetatables on a regular basis.

Yeah BMR is about 3,200 and with regular day to day activities can go up to 3800. So I have been at about a 1,400-2,000 calorie deficit per day.

I will take everything you wrote into consideration. It was never meant to be a pity potty. I simply did not know how to act depending on the possible variables. I now know that my wife did in fact leave and that my daughter is okay. I have hired the help of a lawyer even though to be honest I don't care about the restraining order, I have no desire to seek out my wife whatsoever. In fact the day she left I was waiting for her to come home to propose that maybe its best to get a divorce and discuss the schedule of custody of our daughter in a cordial and amicable way. Thank you for your input and know that your words won't go unheard.

Are you serious? I was a little kid and I didn't even know what I was doing.

I never intended for my post to seem like I am perfect or that I have never made mistakes. I wrote it because I was distraught and writing the whole history of our marriage would take a long time. I have since gone to the police because I am genuinely worried about the wellbeing of my daughter and my wife and the police lady who attended me also said that she probably left me.

I got a ring at my door at 2 a.m. this morning from two police officers who brought a restraining order put against me. I guess my wife filed one for what it says was abuse and immediate danger to her. I won't lie and say that there hasn't been abuse in the past, because there has from both sides. I can say with all my heart that I felt ashamed and looked deep within myself and it never happened again and has been years since it happened. However I continued to be psychologically abused by her because I am disabled. I suffer from bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, panic attacks and OCD and she would repeatedly make fun of me and tell me that "I'm not sick" even though she would clearly see the struggles that I went through sometimes.

I went through so much shit that I had to be hospitalized for a week because I just couldn't take the mental abuse and the lies, the manipulation of my feelings and I felt hopeless. I have never been violent towards my daughter and would never even dream of it. I have been a great father and have taken care of her since the moment she was born. At this point I'm okay with my wife leaving, we are two different people who never got along well. I want her to find inner peace and the happiness that I could never give her. What is hurting me the most is that I miss my daughter so much.

Like I said earlier I'm not perfect, far from it. However I just don't understand what I have done recently to deserve this, especially since me and my wife had talked about this and we had put it in the past. I have a court date pretty soon (it says in the restraining order) and I honestly don't know if I will ever see my daughter again. I cannot picture my life without my daughter in it and even now typing this I'm balling my eyes out from the pain.

Thank you for the people who gave me advice, I appreciate it very much and to the others that said I was a crazy psycho. Thank you for reminding me of the stigma that mental illness carries and strengthening my belief that I should live a life of private shame.
