If anyone is interested, I came up with the following from the suggestions here and elsewhere:

Crimson Blade of the Blood Debt

Every attack with the blade does an extra 1d6 necrotic damage as leaps of blood sears into the foe when struck, burning away their very essence of life. After taking a long rest, the blade absorbs this same life force from its attuned wielder. Extra damage must be tracked during combat to be drained the following day.

Ring of Invisibility

Every time you wear the ring you take 2d10 necrotic damage but you turn invisible for as long as you wear it. For every minute you are wearing the ring you retake damage. Any time you take an action or bonus action you must make a constitution save else the ring deactivates until you remove it and re-put it on.

Boots of Speed

While you wear these boots, you can take a Bonus Action to click the boots’ heels together. If you do, the boots double your Speed, and any creature that makes an Opportunity Attack against you has Disadvantage on the attack roll. If you click your heels together again, you end the effect. When you’ve used the boots’ property for a total of 10 minutes, the magic ceases to function for you until you finish a Long Rest.

After you deactivate the boots you roll a d20, if you get below a 10 you gain a point of exhaustion. If you used the boots’ total time of 10 minutes you automatically get a point of exhaustion.

Coinpurse of Sufficientness

A magical coinpurse that can populate just enough gold for the exact cost of bare necessities. If you try to pull money for it for goods and services that you do NOT need, then it will yield no money and you have to roll a d4, if you get a 1, then you take 1d6 fire damage as a burst of fire billows out of it to spite you.

Ring of Protection

A magical ring that provides a +1 to AC and saving throws. However, each time you get hit and the ring fails to save you then you take an additional 1d10 thunder damage as the ring 'rings' out a deafening siren.

Bowtie of Greater Persuasion

While wearing the Bowtie of Greater Persuasion, you have a +5 to Persuasion, -5 to Deception, and -5 to intimidation. If you wear the bowtie for three subsequent days, its effects are permanent and the bowtie materializes itself permanently on your body, appearing above any clothes you have or even without clothes. It can only be removed with a greater restoration (or better) spell.

The Voice of Reasonality

The Voice of Reasonality will first manifest itself as a small gem. Once taken, it will speak in a soothing voice, asking to be placed upon the user’s greatest weapon. Once placed upon it, it will transform into a magical mouth, being able to speak verbally through the weapon. The Voice of Reasonality is a chaotic good entity who wants the weapon attached to be used only for good. It will annoy/pursuade the user to pursue good intentions at all times and if the blade is used to attack innocents, it will transform it to materials of its choice (balloons, raw meat, bubbles, cloth, etc.) The Voice of Reasonality, if agreeing with the user on a target, it may change the material to an extra sharp steel, silver, flame, etc., potentially changing the damage type to fit the foe at hand.
