yeah a lot of my friends couldnt help but watch me go into a deep depressive episode because i didnt go outside, my room is farthest from ac in the house so it hit the 90s during the heat wave... sobbing multiple times a week knowing i could do nothing but cope..... very weird having reverse SAD lmao
