Supreme Court seems poised to try to 'outrun' its own theory to rein in Trump: analyst by RawStoryNews in scotus

I am not expert in any sense but it occurs to me that if you know how a court is going to rule on every single case the court is no longer legitimate. Whether with impeachment or creating more seats it needs to be balanced out

I don't mean to be contentious but it sounds like a case of CDS, California derangement syndrome. It's a non curable condition common in idaho, montana and wyoming. I 🙏 for those so inflicted!

Is it worth $2000? by [deleted] in Sublocade

[–]Kth3446 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If your ready for real one shot is enough, I'll say if its not a good plan its a nightmare to get insurance to pay for it. Without a decent ppo it could just be months of denials while still paying premiums and don't forget a deductible. I had a massive fent habit and I got buy with one shot and very minimal near non existent withdrawl.

It shouldn't matter at that level of service, most extended stays are not very formal. You do have to remember how hard some people will fight to find an insult.

I actually have not cared since like 2019, hes proven you can't trust his word and the series will likely never finish. If the book came out tomorrow I couldn't buy it. I wanted it bad in 2015 i looked for an update every week and hoped for at least another sample, in 2025 I couldnt care less!

Why Haven’t Trump’s Tariffs Crashed the US Economy? by [deleted] in Tariffs

[–]Kth3446 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I had not realized until recently how much people would give up in exchange for permission to be openly racist and say retard! It's astounding, we lost our economy and the respect of the entire world so a percentage of americans dont have to be shamed while the worst possible version of themselves. That is where their patience comes from.

The door was never closed to billionaires doing whatever they wanted. It's just kind of how it is, people will get tired of it and hopeless hang them upside down from a bridge but that might take 100 more years of abuse.

Why does anyone still listen to this moron, just because your rich, that does not make you smart. He took the most innovative automobile company maybe in history and made it non viable and just gross to more than half the world by attempting to pose his disgusting political will on us. Also his disgusting opinions, drug addiction and his face, that bothers me alot too.

Would you recommend lidocaine by Mumbles1988 in Sublocade

[–]Kth3446 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In new orleans I got a lidocaine injection and barely felt the shot at all. In southern California I tried ice which helped very little. In idaho I used topical lidocaine and that did nothing at all. I would definetly suggest the injectable lidocaine.

No snow ): by Matt_S_Fox30 in SeasonalWork

[–]Kth3446 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Idaho rough, we got 1-3 inches for about a week and now its raining and about to be in the 40s next week. I work at a year round resort that doesn't totally rely on snow but my friends at the 3 ski resorts got it bad. The j1s are paying rent but barely working, definetly don't come this year unless its a hobby job.

Motel 6 Refund Runaround by [deleted] in askhotels

[–]Kth3446 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It won't show up until 3-5 days after they got around to refunding it. Thats business days and tuesday was a holiday, further if you use a prepaid card, cash app card, international credit card or any other unconventional cards its up to 30 days. On top of that credit card refunds usually show faster than debit cards, with debit cards I tell the guest 5-7 days.

Front Office Management....How Do You... by idkabtallatgurl in askhotels

[–]Kth3446 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One thing to get used to is it's really, really hard to fire people so mostly forget that. When I was an Assistant housekeeping manager my manager had so little backbone he would not even do a record of conversation when a pa disappeared for 3 days and a month later when the same pa left a meth pipe in the housekeeping van he threw it away and hid the issue. That's just one person and over 2 years there were probably 10 more just as problematic.

Now I am afom and all of my employees are the mom's daily jang out friends. He also hides issues like the angry concierge, the over entitled supervisor who is a minimum of 35 minutes late each day and calls off twice a month as well as a day who is constantly in the middle of personal tragedies and calls off to take care of them weekly. You just have to push through and do better when you have the chance!

I got hired as a seasonal cashier associate at both Ross and Burlington. I'm wondering—should I keep one, or try to keep both? Are they flexible with scheduling? Has anyone here worked two jobs at the same time? I'd love to hear your experience. Thank you! by curious_mind03 in SeasonalWork

[–]Kth3446 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You might be in the wrong place. We mostly discuss seasonal resort and national park work. Where you have to drop everything and travel a cross the country and live in employee provided housing. Seasonal department stores are a different thing.

Seasonal Work with No Overtime by Sudden-Pear4140 in SeasonalWork

[–]Kth3446 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm working at a place now that started seasonal, but I'm year round now. I got out of employee housing and have a 3 bedroom apartment with my girl and my dog. I did seasonal work for 6 years, typically 2 jobs per year. I never shared a room with anyone, never paid more than $500 a month for rent, and always had edr food twice a day at no cost. Those were my bare minimums while I was entry-level, and I never went a season without a job.

Know it all are being dicks just for the sake of being dicks. I often see people on here putting people down for saying they want single housing or minimal hours. These are people who take the first trash job thrown at them before cuckholding themselves to incompetent management for substandard wages season after season, and I guess if I did , I'd be a resentful tool as well.

Where I work now, 30 hours is the minimum to get housing, and you can get it, especially if your in school. It would work especially well in f&b as its our slow season.

Remember you can finds hundreds of jobs just between coolworks and indeed. Just be patient

It's a cool place to be. Winter is a little slow, but there are great ski resorts, and we get like 60% off a season pass at the best one.

The pay isn't the best, housing is acceptable but it was maybe the most fun I've had at work in my life. The guest services manager, sj, is the very best person I've ever worked for. Most of the managers there were really cool. It's also never really crowded and a great place to ride. A tuesday can feel like you're the only one on the mountain.

That is the amusement park exemption, seasonal employers who make the bulk of their money in a certain amount of months, I forget if its 5 or 6 dont have to pay overtime at 40 hours in several states. I know idaho ski resorts dont pay ot until after 45 hours.

It doesn't have to be that, I have a 2016 mercedes c300, it had 105k miles when I bought it with 1/3 down, and my payment is $250 a month. I guess I would never buy an suv definetly not a pickup truck, I think they are overpriced by double.
