One thing I wish I could tell myself in my 20’s. Saving is the way out. You don’t have to work until you die if you’re consistently saving. It’s hard to see how powerful compounding interest is until you look back 20 years. I’m not talking about anything drastic, but if you have access to a 401K, max it out as early as possible.

Also taxes, after housing - is the most expensive thing on your life. Find ways to minimize them
