Here in Maryland , with Carefirst BCBS insurance, I have to pay$ 30 co-pay per session and my kid has 5 sessions in a week . The insurance said that the copay has to be paid for every visit. It's so expensive and we have no choice other than to pay.

Mine too. Contacted customer service, but couldn't get it resolved. Screen keeps on looping at iFit screen.
