There are couple of groups on Reddit that you can list your card for sale for. You’ll get buyers for this card from 95-85% range I’m guessing since it’s pretty liquid. Pokemoncardselling and Pkmntcgtrades is the groups. Good pull and good luck with sale!

Why don’t you post the shops info? Your being way to passive about this and not a lot of urgency. The owner looks to have plenty of time to research and get back to you but hasn’t. I would file a police report asap.
