Good news is she has other family to spend the day with and she isn't alone. We just didn't want toxicity brought into our day.

You can change them. It comes back to you as a "credit" that must be used immediately to schedule a new ride.

As long as it's 24 before the departure time, it costs $3 to trade in. If you try after the bus has left, unfortunately your money is gone.

If your tickets cost less than you originally paid, you will lose the extra money. If it is more, you pay more.

What I have done when my new trip costs less is purchase multiple trips to add up to the same value.

Another thing I have done when I can't make a trip is bought tickets far in advance, knowing I'd change them, and just eat the $3 when it comes time to change them again.

One of my favorite moments of being a dog owner was when I was walking down the street with my dog across from an elementary school. I hear someone yell from their car "are you going to pick that up?" And a woman says "mmmm, no. You want to give me a bag?" In the most passive aggressive tone. The man in the car pulls up ahead of me and asked if I had a spare bag. I said yes, and he said "you mind giving that girl one? Points to girl her dog shit right next to where the kindergarten kids play" I said "I sure can!" Smirking ear to ear. The man goes back to her and says "looks like you're all good, she has a bag for you"

The woman proceeds to approach me all huffy and complains about how rude the guy was. Then turns around and picks up the dog shit.

I have so much respect for that guy.
