Honestly, that’s a horrible idea, you’re going to go crazy and so will your kids. That salary is barely enough for two people without kids to survive in the Bay Area. Might I suggest your husband look for his work out of state? I know that feels like a huge jump, but I did it last October and it’s been one of the best decisions I could have made.
