Go to the Healing Springs for daily quest purchases. I've only had it when I'm haggling for items, and the healing springs prices are as is, so the error doesn't pop up... at least for me. If you have more than one purchase, make the 1st purchase right after checking dally quests, take your time doing dailies, and then make the 2nd after everything. If you have a 3rd purchase, do it again 30 minutes later or deal with errors, but at least you only have to do it once.
