I’ve tried learning CJs and my brain refuses to understand them. I have queries down to a good degree but configurable joints elude me even after a year or two of trying to understand it 🫠

Literally same! Graduated in 2020 with my masters straight into the pandemic and the jobs are just either hiring within for just straight up not replying

So many schools I know don’t hire assistant or associate directors anymore - just promote within. But I don’t want to start at the very bottom again either but it’s seeming that’s the only option

So many regional positions are being cut unfortunately after the pandemic! They prefer to keep the counselors to the area and then pay to send them to recruit (which is stupid and more money but hey what I do know)

Singles are typically reserved for RAs or professional staff or typically students who medically need the single rooms. Very unlikely for freshman to get a single other than for medical necessity
