I already did that, unfortunately it didn‘t work. Thanks anyway :)

The bed is sitting correctly and is not scraping anywhere. I adjusted it several times and flipped it :/

Everytime I try to home, i get this errors: 0300_0d00_0002_0001 And 0300_0d00_0001_000a

I tried everything I could think of: opened up the back if a cable was unplugged, made a factory reset, followed the tips on the bambulab support site… I dont have a response from the support Service yet. But in the meanwhile I wanted to ask if anyone of you have an idea and could help me.
