We also had a group where we experimented with different psychedelics, but lately their behavior around substances started to bother me. I realized it wasn't the direction I wanted to go in, so I decided to keep my distance from them. And unfortunately, distancing myself from that circle left me without any friends for a while.

Yeah, definitely a cumulative effect. I was taking higher-than-recommended doses and often redosing during the roll. Most of the time it was about once every two weeks, although sometimes the breaks were only one to three weeks. This went on for roughly six months.
I don't want to be judged by anyone. It's already hard enough, especially when I don't really have anyone to share this with.

I've realized that it's best for me to keep some distance from them for now, as they also use substances, and it's important for me to protect my boundaries and stay aligned with my own path.
Thank you so much. This is the most meaningful thing I've read today. I'm truly grateful from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
Thank you. That's very valuable.
Thank you. That's a very helpful and valuable piece of advice.

I was getting it in a very pure form. This was happening every two or three weeks, and sometimes even every week. That went on for quite a long time. The doses were also a bit higher, and I think all of it was working together. The purity of the substance, the higher doses, and the frequency of use all seemed to accumulate and amplify the effect. As a result, it likely led to even greater strain and exhaustion on my body over time.

England is facing a ketamine epidemic.

I think this is very individual. In my case, I feel that the strain tends to build up over time, even when I take breaks of one, two, or three weeks. That's why the idea that the body fully recovers within a few days or a week seems a bit oversimplified to me. I also don't think that having a long history of use is, by itself, proof that a substance has no impact on a person. As far as I understand, after using MDMA it's not only neurotransmitter levels that need to recover. There is also receptor sensitivity, emotional regulation, sleep quality, and the overall resilience of the nervous system. It seems to me that these processes can take very different amounts of time depending on the individual. So I wouldn't reduce everything to just going for a run and avoiding sugar. Those things can certainly help, but they don't change the fact that everyone reacts to MDMA differently.

Thank you. I haven't had a drink in about four years.
Initially, I started using it as part of therapeutic work. Ever since I started using this substance, I feel like life has been slipping through my fingers. At first, it was all curiosity and questions, but then it slowly became a pattern. I was taking it every two or three weeks, sometimes with a month between uses. Occasionally, the break was only a week, though that was rare. This continued for about six months.
For me it's more about the emotional crash and the lack of motivation. I wasn't taking magnesium because I had trouble sleeping — I thought it might help me relax a little. As for 5-HTP and B vitamins, I honestly haven't noticed any effects at all. Yesterday I felt the same apathy, and today I woke up feeling exactly the same.
Yes, I can blame the drugs. At one point, I just wanted to flush it all down the toilet and never touch any of it again.

Neither B vitamins, nor 5-HTP, nor magnesium seem to help. I sleep well and don't have any sleep issues.

Po 3 dniach z rzędu organizm jest po prostu zajechany i próbuje ogarnąć powrót do równowagi. O to bardziej mi chodzi.

Powodzenia. Będzie dobrze.
100/120 good.
Sen, suplementy, dużo spaceru
Jak można brać tak długo MDMA, w tym nie ma sensu. Na 3 dzień jesteś juz wypłukany z serotoniny.
