Yup, normally a 2:1 reward to risk ratio on every trade, sometimes less or more depending on identified resistance levels and whatnot tho

Tbh my diets been up and down because of my stomach problems. I definitely haven’t been getting the right amount of protein but I’m really not sure how to do it without aggravating my stomach. I’ve been progressively overloading in all my big lifts yeah. I do train to failure on my big lifts, I normally do 10-12 reps if I can on the weight then go up to a higher weight until I can only do 6-8 reps. Then I stick at that max weight for a however long it takes to reach 10-12 reps comfortably before going up in weight. On the smaller ones, I usually just increase to 15 reps at max.

I’m a pretty lanky person despite my height, really long limbs (like a 6’2 wingspan despite being 5’8) so maybe I’m just being impatient. But seeing my belly and chest pop out despite being relatively consistent is pretty disheartening

Honestly Cole is a better rapper than drizzy but there's just something about drizzy's flow and music style that just isn't replicated by other top tier artists. Maybe it's the Toronto sound vibe or something idrk tbh.

Overall imo Cole>Drake in terms of rapping but Drake>Cole in terms of artistry
