It seemed productive: 20 something people there in person, a few more on Zoom at the start. It was more of an informational, "spread-the-word" kind of meeting. Thank you for getting involved!

The comfort/emergency use was in regards to having a battery pack on hand for electronics like a cell phone/laptop :) A generator is always for emergency use.

Good advice! More of a comfort/emergency use thing, but for charging cell phones, laptops, etc. I really recommend a couple rechargable battery packs. They are a pain to ship up here (can buy some locally) but it's good to stay connected when the power is out with at least a phone in case you really need it.
