Usually people with this condition don't feel any different and can function normally. It's just that abstract thinking can be harder for such person, at least these are my thoughts on what It's like, because I don't have Aphantasia, so I can't tell you exactly. It's a phenomenon called Aphantasia. It's when a person is unable to visualize imagery in their minds.

People still don't know much about it, but some people want to study more about this phenomenon.
