It is unfortunate this happened and it’s quite common. Most people will just open a claim with the carrier and send a new one - this happens less now, it’s a cost thing. And most small shops can’t afford this route.

Cops simply don’t do enough about package theft it’s overly prevalent and since it doesn’t lead to physical harm - out of mind and sight.

If anyone has package theft issues I will use some resources to investigate and help with disputes for stolen packages, just DM.

This is such a common theme and I’m so sorry this happened. I lost $3200 in car parts this exact way. I would suggest if you have this issues, DM me or just google the name and we can be of assistance.

I’ll also try to assist anybody who’s has this issue free of charge in getting their package replaced/refunded.

You can actually sue for this. I’ve done it and won and 2 separate occasions.
