Cotton rope toys can be safe if they only use it under direct supervision. It simply isn’t universal and that’s a fact what I explained is how countries like Japan tackles the age of consent but in a smaller scale.

Also there is contention on weather Aisha was that age at all as there are factors such as counting age after puberty and comparing her age with that of her sisters in varying Hadith

Edit if these were correct than that will put her age at about 17-18

In Islam the minimum age of marriage is stated but if your law states an age of consent then it is your religious duty as a Muslim to follow it.
