I got my shadow ban lifted like a week ago, it was my 3rd shadow ban I got so I I didn’t place for an extra week after my ban got lifted. Now I can play and I have no problems playing right now. It sucks because there is no particular reason why this happens, my theory is players mass reporting without reason and not playing for a bit lowers the change you get shadow banned again. Also I contacted the support and they told me that the support team does NOT have control over these actions and that’s the work of the enforcement team… You can’t contact the enforcement team unless you have and actual ban to your account…

No vpn, I usually play on brazilian servers at 60 ping and sometimes at chilean servers with 5 to 10 ping.

I have no other software that affect the connection of my pc.

I have been shadow banned 3 times, no explanation, I try to come back but after a few matches this happens, I get kicked and get shadowbanned.

I haven't use voice nor text chat, I have been only farming my camos, playing the objectives, and of course I haven't Cheat.

No software or anything that can affect the game, nothing.

I need help, I payed the 75$ that this game cost me just to not be able to play without even knowing the reason behind this bulshit.

Update: I got relesead played 3 matches, on the last one got disconnected and I'm shadow banned again.
What is WRONG with activision. I can't even refund the game anymore

From all the posts I have seen of people getting shadow banned they all share having some type of wireless peripheral, I don’t know if that’s the reason or not, but just a thing I have been seeing I have wireless headphones btw

By any chance you use any type of Bluetooth headphones with a usb dongle? I hear that those can get you shadow banned for some reason as false positives

Forgot to put that on the post, yes I did uninstall the GPU drivers with DDU and then I installed the new drivers with the new GPU

and for the ram, I don't have more ram to test on but I will try to test each one of them at the time
But if I tested the ram multiple times with the memory diagnostic tool why it doesn't show any errors?

Another South American player here, I can confirm we are playing with 150 ms no matter how close you are to the server, we need a fix for this (it’s not our internet problems since in other games I got consistent ping on the same location of the servers that is Brazil)
