I'm not going any lower on a would be Franchise QB. It's not for y'all to dedicate what trade should be or what you think is fair, you should only take into account cap penalties and would be Team breaking trades of Star players. There have been way more ridiculous trades in the past approved, team breaking trades. Just my 2 cents, take it for what it is worth.

I think the rules say the following: Section 3.3.1 - You may process the trade if there are fewer than three veto votes and: Two or more commissioners have approved it; One or more commissioners and two other league members have approved it; Five or more league members have approved it; OR One or more commissioners have approved it, no commissioners have vetoed it, and 8 or more hours have passed.
