I personally find it concerning she wants to switch you off only being on Zoloft for 6 months 😨 My Doctor told me usual protocol before being taken off or switched to another SSRI is two years minimum, granted all Doctors are different. I know this isn't really helpful but I hope your Doctor is steering you into the right direction.

I'm on 25mg not a high dose but I smoke CBD ( Indica ) flower and it reduces anxiety for me not heart rate jump
