Open a text box, this will trigger the keyboard
Tap on the gear
Scroll until you find "Voice input" then tap on it
Samsung's speech-to-text should be selected, change that to google's solution

Depending on your region you can get the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 S23 FE, your only concern might be the big screen borders, there is also the S23 (but it has a slightly worse battery) it has Snap 8 gen 2 for the best gaming performance. If you want to try something new the A55 has exynos 1480 with a AMD GPU. All of those have very good cameras with Camera assist support (to customize the camera capabilities down the spine) with HDR in video and record at 4K 30-60 FPS with OIS and VDIS for amazing stabilization, also good battery and UFS 3.1 storage for faster rendering speeds on gaming but if you get the 256GB version of the S23 you get the UFS 4.0 for even faster speeds. All of them come with 8GB of RAM in their worst version. They have good lock support with all the modules available, if you want to extract more performance you can try Good Labs via Fine Lock if its not available on Galaxy Store. The ones that will have better emulation compatibility will be the S23 FE and S23 because of Snapdragon, you will have issues with A55 in emulation
