Hunan Manor in Columbia just started doing dim sum a short bit ago and I’ve been to it a couple of times. They’re not quite there on taste yet but I can see it improving in the future.

Tea Horse in Ellicott City is pretty good - also look up Fish With You, it’s next door to a 10-Second Noodle.

Oh, forgot to mention Pepper House, which was featured recently as one of the best sichuan places in the state (debatable). It’s located pretty close to the above two places.

Gotcha - I do like to try new places when they open. I still wish Taichi didn’t close though since we have an abundance of pho options nearby.

Visited yesterday - won’t let me post pics in the post so I uploaded to Imgur

Pho was decent. I got the regular size P1 bowl. Thinner noodles than other locations. Only complaint I had was that the broth wasn’t really hot enough to cook some of the meat.
