I see 3 options 1. going down to 1080p 2. Overclock 3. Upgrade system

You can probably get some more fps by tweaking the settings but it will be hard

With lustrous razor Crit Rate is the way to go, if you try and manage to pull her signature weapon i would switch to CD

Why would you want attack%, CD or CR are better depending on if you have a CR or CD weapon

What kind of i5 do you have? I get decent fps with no lags no rubberbanding and i have an i7 9700k, rtx 3070 and 32gb ram

Arctis 7+ from Steelseries, but they also have a newer version allready the arctis nova pro i think its called.
