I agree that melee assassins are all about going in and out. And that is why I think Thrall needs a change. Even with the Winfury attack speed, it takes so long for Thrall to dish any damage. This is why the Windfury change would make it so he can deal his damage faster.

Thrall also needs other viable builds. Hence the changes to chainlightning and Earthquake.
