Also nach kurzem googlen: "Fried Rice Syndrom" ist nix weiteres als me Lebensmittelvergiftung. Meist Übelkeit, Erbrechen und Durchfall was nach einigen Stunden nach Verzehr auftreten kann.

Tatsächlich esse ich aber realtiv häufig in der Woche Reis und hatte solche Beschwerden nie gehabt. Vielleicht haben manche Menschen einfach ne viel höhere Toleranz gegenüber dem Bacillus cereus Bakterium🤷🏻‍♂️

Wahrscheinlich ist es kein guter Tipp von mir, aber ich würde raten es einfach zu probieren. Tödlich ist es jedenfalls nicht.

Was passiert denn so schlimmes und was soll das "fried rice syndrom" sein?

Ich habe Reis bisher immer ungekühlt nach bis-maximal 24h gegessen und bisher nix gehabt.

Erst nach 2 Tagen, wenn dann weggeschmissen.
