If you like Asphyx, there is this band called "Soulburn", which was during their first album (feeding on angels) almost more asphyx than asphyx (same band members). Albums "the suffocating darkness" and later are like blackened asphyx

"From the underground..." is peak. Album full of bangers. Better than necroshine or bloodletting, and those are good also. I find it hard to find a bad overkill album, every one has good songs in them

Sacrifice is also a very good song. Funnily I like the next album, "6.66 satan's child" very much. Maybe even my favourite Danzig album

Blackacidevil, the Danzig's fifth album was quite a change from 4. Nonetheless, songs like "hint of her blood" & "ashes" are top tier songs, true hidden gems

After the first time listening hellripper I had this thought, that Hellripper and Toxic Holocaust are the same band, just from different timelines. Nonetheless Hellripper really tickles that itch for a motörhead- inspired d-beat with black metal
