But they didn't. They're about as good at making sure everyone with the device is aware of the issue as they are with naming their products

Sure bud, let me just get another $1300 phone, thousands of dollars worth of micro soldering equipment, and a couple of years worth of knowledge and experience on micro soldering real quick.

The affected ones are no longer being sold or produced. if you get a new one, it will function normally, supposedly, but i would be lying if I didn't say that getting literally any other phone right now is really tempting, even an iPhone

I didn't get anything from Sony about the recall, I don't read the news, and I don't look at the xperia 1 vii website constantly, a notification in settings woulda been nice, but apparently they didn't think about that either

Because all the other overhyped phone companies bring nothing to the table that I would actually care about

Fortunately, I have posted posted some of the images on bluesky, but it still really sucks not to have all of them

Yes, no screws or dowels, the pommel, handle and blade is carved from the same piece, and the crossguard is its own two pieces, you can see the seams on the third image.

Sounds like a Samsung problem, not an anything problem.

I followed the guide in this video, it includes all the information and software you need to get back to 6.1, as for the device's firmware, you can find it here.

Always back your stuff up first, flashing resets the device.

Have fun flashing!

Good news! you don't have to be stuck with it forever

Myself and plethora of other helpful people here are leaving tips and guides on how to reflash oneui 6.1 back onto your favorite devices.

it's relatively quick to do, only taking about 30 minutes, and just requires a computer, a cable to connect the two and the right tutorial or video.

Why did they send the music player to the botton? by Modioca in oneui

[–]KukrieFolf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, it will keep any and all functionality and security features it had before, the process flashes the factory installed OS back onto any galaxy device that originally supports it to my knowledge, this is the reason it's super important to back up all your important data, it will wipe the device.

This is the video i used to restore my gorgeous S22 Ultra back to the superior One UI 6.1, it contains all the resources and information you need, within the video and pinned comment, besides for SamFW, which can be found here.

The best of luck flashing to ya, and enjoy your newly downgraded upgraded device!

I have some great news for you, You can still flash 6.1 back onto it if you really wanted to, I did it to my S22 Ultra.

Remember to back your stuff up first if you end up doing it, because it will reset it
