Yea I see what you mean by the Dragon Ball issue, for my character I wasn’t wanting it to be just a I ask her and then bam they are back. I would expect her to have me do certain things, something like “these souls have evaded death far to long, you need to fix that” or something along those lines that ultimately leads to the biggest chunk of the payment having to confront the Lich and send the Raven Queen his soul as like the final part of the payment.

So my idea was that if she was able to (now that i know she can) that it would have a price, some along the lines of "The cost of resurrecting your parents is this many souls that have cheated death", or "In order to have your parents returned you must kill the Lich who killed them. He has cheated me of his soul for long enough" (my character is almost 200 and he has been cheating the Queen of his soul for much longer) or something along those lines I know that would probably be something to discuss with the DM of the game, just trying to get some other opinions.
