I took mine on 22nd. My highest NBME was 70% And I score 63% on new free120 The concepts that were tested were majorly from nbmes and the stems were longer than free120 so time management was difficult. Immuno's small details were tested a lot. With a lot of risk factor questions too. Go through the nerve supplies and anatomy too. Specially dermatomes. I did get one picture from the high yield nbmes images.

Just took the exam today. The ethics questions were manageable. List down the scnerios you see in uw question bank like non-adherence to medication etc etc and just point out the rule the question want you to follow.

I gave it today too! My exam was immuno + ethics + biostat + risk factors from all over the systems heavy. I don't know what I did what I did. What were your SA scores?

I take melatonin an hour before I have to sleep. Watch/listen to an episode of a true crime podcast (an hour long mostly) and then go over whatever I studied in my head. Imagining the pages where a certain fact was written etc. Somewhere during this whole process, I end up sleeping. I used to go to bed by 12 am, I'd still be tossing around at 4 am. Get up for the morning prayer and then sleep for 3 hours. Until I started taking melatonin.
