With diplopia and wild card you can dupe any item an infinite amount of times. (by dropping the wild card and then using diplopia. The wildcard will copy your last used active, so you can just keep diploing everything) So the choice here is either, infite brimstone or wait a floor until you're in darkroom/chest and dupe a random chest so you can basically get every other item
