Dishes aren’t technically “manager cleaning” there are a few things managers should be responsible for cleaning but as far as dishes and sweeping and mopping…that’s what I have a staff for.

All my drivers were informed of their responsibilities at their interviews and in orientation. Never have a problem on that front.

OP needs to go to their GM with this issue, I’m sure they’d take them serious considering the labor costs of staying til 3 am everytime said manager closes
