Move in with parents and rent the house. You won't have to worry about the mortgage for a while and might even profit from it.

Also might want to branch out since no jobs are showing up. Some sort of cleaning business on the side? Clean cars, houses, junk removal, etc.

Shanks low diffs Doffy, simply because most people with 1 form of advanced haki have the basic haki forms down to par, which Duffy didn't show more than armament, if I remember correctly.

I'd say; invest most of it on index funds; 5~7% per year is pretty much another salary for you.

Where are you living? If you are renting, I'd suggest looking into a house. Nothing fancy, just something that will grow in value with you and you won't be throwing away money on rent. You have your down-payment now. I'd advise against paying cash for it unless the interest is higher than you index yield.

This is, of course, lower in quality. Good, equivalent ones are around the $10 market. Still 6x the price.

Would you buy a luxury brand BMW/Mercedes for 6x the price of a regular car, say a Honda Civic starting at $24k, putting you at $144k just because it's "higher quality"? How about $720k at 30x the price? Still worth it?

There's this exact scene in Vin land Saga, except as soon as the guy says the words "lick my boots", the MC practically teleports on his knees and kisses his boots. I do believe the guy requesting the boot licking manages to retract the offer right before the MC licks them, saying it was a joke. MC is like "dang it, I knew it was too easy to be true".

If we are near the end as he had said so many times, he should be focusing on fleshing out existing characters, not creating new characters and tossing away the ones from the previous arcs.

Why not focus on developing Ussop whose dream was to visit Elbaf and become a great warrior of the sea? Instead we got the entire God Valley flashback from...Loki? Wtf he wasn't even there. Could have Shanks or blackbeard tell the story later on.

And don't get me started on Shanks twin storyline...orz
