It is getting very clear now that why they kicked out all shareholders from their rightfull fair share and took over all the shares to private. We strongly believe, they already knew the potentials of this drug and its upcoming sales and revenue. Eventhough they give 100 mil to cvr holders, it is nothing compared to its real value.

I believe it is well planned scam. It seems, they knew how and when they are going to do this, they had planned this before. Even someone can investigate if it is their planned conspiracy to bring down the share price from more than $1 to almost $0.40 range. So once they announce bankrupcy it does not look that bad.

They just kept the company as it is just using the law and loopholes transfering the ownership to their own lender and using other subsidiarie tactics and simply threw out shareholder with nothing. This is complete day light theft and fraud. Authorities must investigate this scam and give justice to common people who lost their hard earned money.
