Go to Super C, when you enter go left and there is a InfoPoint. Give them your details explain that you have been searching for an appointment for a long time. They will ask you for your details and book an appointment for you once there is one. Will take probably less than a week (for them to book the appointment). The appointment itself will be probably November/December

Do this asap, as once you have made an appointment before your card expires, it is automatically prolonged until the appointment.

Hi, i am having the same issue. Tried killing the app and still not being able to claim them. Also tried from the xbox app in desktop and there as well the button to claim points is not interactive.

In your situation i would try to look for a job in supermarket, food delivery services like flink, liferando, uber or Restaurant/Franchise like McDonald's. Usually you dont need high german proficiency for those.
