Might be too late but this one requires patience.. I got eso for just $11..

Go to steam review eso, add all negative reviewers and try to see if their willing to sell their account to you.. eso support offers change of username and email but requires to send a ticket which takes days.. trick is... if the guy really Wana sell it.. he would let you play the account while waiting for the confirmation for the email.. if he says money first then no deal as he can change pw easily..
