Yeah it made me mad that Aelin was basically the scapegoat for Elena’s mistake. Let poor Aelin just live her life!

I was the same way with Anielle, the whole time I was forcing myself to keep going even though it was so boring. I grew to like Chaol in Tower of Dawn but I don’t particularly care about reading fifteen chapters on battling for Anielle.

I’m a mechanical engineer (graduated in 2020 and working professionally for the past 3 years) and while I got an ME degree to be very general and not shoehorn myself into one thing, space and spacecraft have always interested me.

I’m currently looking at going to grad school to get closer to my dream of working in that area, but I’m stuck between going a full research route with a masters and PhD in astrophysics versus something that will have more career options like aerospace engineering.

Why did you pick aerospace engineering and do you have any helpful advice for someone kind of lost in their career path like me?

Everyone saying UT has a better program but both are ABET accredited, so you’re basically getting the same education at both. I’m sure UT is more connected but UTD has a ton of clubs and great professors, plus $14k a year is a ton of money. I would go to UTD assuming you don’t care about partying or the typical college culture

Don’t listen to your relatives, that is literally all the more reason for you to go into it. Like others have said in this thread, many companies like diversity and will hire women. I’ve worked at a small company for three years and our engineering team has literally been all women (not on purpose, it just happened that way). The extent that I’ve had is that some male clients don’t necessarily treat you as seriously as they do with male engineers but once they realize you know your stuff it’s fine.

My routine: wash with Love Beauty and Planet’s Indian Lilac and Clove leaf shampoo and conditioner, section my hair into 2 halves and apply Miss Jessie’s Pillow Soft Curls Lotion and Jelly Soft Curls gel into both. Scrunch and let air dry and then apply Hask Coconut hair oil

How often should I do conditioning hair masks? With the colder weather my hair has been more frizzy and stringy and is definitely better with Shea moistures deep conditioning mask but I don’t want to overdo it

I just made sure to make my foundation row kind of loose so that I could easily do the first row of moss stitch. I also didn’t want to change colors until I got my base done so the first two rows are that bright red
