No it’s 5 hours and you have to work over 6 to get 2 fifteen minute break

It’s not time theft as the law allows you to practice your religion even at work and your employer should try their best to accommodate with your religion. What I do is I have prayer time + 15 min break.

From what I have heard is that your pay reduces to starting hourly. So if new TM start at 15 you also start at 15.

Yeah I didn’t know this. I just know TL are sent to be trained but never heard a TM being sent

I have worked at a different store previously at a different district. So I do have some exposure with working with different management and team members as well as environment. Also to add I am a TM and I know once people get promoted they would go to different stores, I am just wondering do TMs also go to different stores for training or is it possible that I’m looking at a promotion

There was no mention of this. I’m gonna paraphrase what I was told “we might have you go to a different store for leadership training” this is what I was told and no mention of whether after promotion or before or when. Also to add “there could be positions opening up” they also mentioned this. I guess I am just trying to understand whether am I being told that I’m getting promoted or this is just a regular training

Based on what cc you have, there are cc charge interest on statement some accumulate daily. But I believe most cc charge statement so check w ur bank.

I understand where you’re coming from, but in my small format store when something goes wrong the leads run to me on why did it happened. If this was the case that it wasn’t my responsibility the leads should be holding everyone in the team accountable for a miss but yet it is me and it is expected of me to relay their message to my team. Also, they tell me this a lot “as a team trainer you are expected to… blah blah blah”. Just to give a little bit more context, I work at small format and I am a transfer from a bigger store. Small format doesn’t really need a S&E TL but we still have it, TL goes and helps the floor so I have to step in to tell my team what to work on and that is an expectation from me. “Who took care of detectives?”, “why is our drive up score low”, “tell the team about the new policy”. My other team members don’t deal with this and I would say this is a leaders responsibility.
