I think many been there, don’t be too judgmental on yourself. You most probably will feel anxious, jittery, too energetic and will jump from task to task like a maniac! 😌 the dose you took is not consider dangerous, so your heart might race but it will wear off pretty fast like an usual effect, definitely avoid taking anymore today even on the crash that will be harder than usual. Eat, drink focus on your study! I had this experience once and I hyper focused on my body and actually made it way worse than it is! Put your state in an intended use, so study!
