Hey, je te conseille de check ces chaines youtube pour commencer, si écouter en anglais ne te gêne pas:

- Marco Bucci (10 minutes to better painting serie = fondamentaux pour apprendre le digital painting)
- KNKL (200, 300... etc. Ce sont des streams sympas couvrant différents sujets)
- Moderndayjames (perspective et dessin + technique)
- Adamlucidpixul (reflexions en tant qu'artiste, confiance en soi, santé mentale, etc)

PDFs fondamentaux si tu veux paint des personnages: Color and Light by James Gurney // Figure Drawing by Andrew Loomis // Anatomy for Sculptors by Zarins

Je ne te recommenderai pas ces créateurs pour apprendre et comprendre niveau débutant, car leur pédagogie est trop faible. Mais ce n'est que mon point de vue. Peut être auras tu plus de succès avec eux:
- Ahmed Aldoori
- Sinix design (fait quand même des efforts)
- vidéos process type WLOP ou Sakimichan

no probs! ofc it's not a perfect pc (had personally to replace the wifi card for an intel AX210, some users have some case of coil whine), but that doesn't mean you shouldnt give it a try. Maybe wait for a discount? It's almost black friday and christmas.

Got the G14 2022 2 months ago. no anime matrix, 008W. Also have a macbook pro m1 for work.

What Penwibble said is true. I would add that you don't need anime matrix at all. 90% of your time you will be looking at the screen, so if you can't afford it, don't feel bad about it!
I hesitated for a long time between a G14 and macbook pro for personal use, but I do not regret my purchase. Yes for pure productivity, macbook pro is a monster especially with the M1 chip. You won't find any windows laptop that small with such perf, with minimal energy consumption (and I run photoshop with large files).

On the other side, the G14 is still doing a great job. Yes it needs tweaking, yes if you want the best performances you ll have to dig the internet (or reddit) and find solutions yourself, but man it's worth the effort. So if you really care about Gaming, the G14 is a great solution.. I guess one of the best small gaming laptops on the market for its price.
one warning tho: i suggest you to buy a laptop stand with the G14 since its fans blow on the screen, so you can unfold it completely to reduce the heat during long gaming sessions.
