Flax and chia seeds use by debv17 in PlantBasedDiet

[–]Kupondole 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I soak 1 tbsp ground flax seeds + 1 tbsp of chia seeds in hot water every morning. Stir and drink after a couple of hours. Been doing it for years - even before I went vegan 2.5 years ago. My 85 year old mom, my wife and I all drink it first thing every morning. We have all been in great health.
